Our Astro sports returns with a continued Fun footy skills focus with a world cup competition every week.
As many of you may know, lockdown has impacted on many of our children’s fitness and wellbeing, so the astro program will be all about activity that will help them to recover their agility, balance, stamina, concentration and all round general fitness. Taster sessions are available at £13.
- Our program will continue to offer Football, Rugby(term 2) & fitness circuit.
- A 2 hour program to get their hearts racing, lungs filling and fitness increasing.
- SUMMER PROGRAM INCLUDES The athletics track and field is next to the astro and weather permitting will be available to us for this exciting program.
What to expect Please arrive at 10am and walk down to the Astroturf, left at the crossing into the Oak mead car park, at the Astro your child will be registered and begin sports activities with the other children.
What to bring You will need to bring a water bottle, shin pads and trainers ( or astro boots) if playing football , a waterproof and a small snack.
