  • What to bring & what to expect.
  • 🏆You should arrive at Orley Farm Butler Hall 9.45am to 10am (or earlier 8.30am )if you have paid for early club),you will be greeted by a member of wcs Staff (you can’t miss us in our bright yellow staff shirts!)
  • Your child will be directed to their registration point, where they will meet their group leader.
  • They will check in with their group leader at break, lunch and the end of the day and may also choose the sessions that they are offering each hour.
  • Usually at the end of the day parents are invited to attend the certificate presentation in the Butler Hall(Rec/Y1) or SGH (Y2-8). We will aim to hand over the children at 3.50pm.
  • Early pick is possible if it is pre arranged BUT not ad hoc as the children could be anywhere on the school premises or 39 acres and will be making their way to the pick up points at 3.45pm.
  • Trying to locate a child takes staff away from their duty of care at the end of the day so please be patient. Thanks for understanding.

Our varied Multi Sport and Arts Program runs from 10.00am-3.45pm. Many of our usual procedures have returned since covid. At the end of each day there was a certificate presentation for those who have performed well throughout the day. We applaud the selected children.

Our program is unique in that the children attending will be given a huge variety of options for them to choose from interdependently (with friends) during the day (a new activity every hour). Each camp is carefully tailored to the choices of the individuals and the children are asked each day what activities they would like to see on the following day. This has proved to be very popular.
